About
Aisha is a content designer at Saltmere, a booking platform for coastal guesthouses. She sits in the same sprint as the engineers, writes error messages in the same pull requests as the code, and keeps a shared glossary of about 300 terms that the whole company uses. Earlier she edited a regional newspaper's website, which taught her to cut a sentence in half without losing the point.
Her talk shows how copy and code can be reviewed together, with real empty states, form errors and confirmation emails before and after rewriting.
