Tomás Silva

Tomás is a principal product designer at Vantlow, where he works on the dashboard logistics teams use to follow several thousand deliveries a day. He has renamed the same button four times in two design systems and wrote down what he learned.

His talk is a field guide to naming components, tokens and states so designers and engineers mean the same thing. On 18 March he also teaches the afternoon workshop Designing the empty state first, at 13:15 in Studio 1, where small groups start from the screen nobody has data for yet.
