Jonas Weber

Jonas leads the front-end team at Orrin Cycles, a bicycle maker with an online configurator where customers choose frame, gears and paint for a bike built to order. He has watched thousands of recorded sessions of people abandoning forms, and now treats every extra field as a small debt.

In his three-hour workshop on 18 March in Studio 2 you take a real checkout form apart: labels, error timing, autofill, address fields in six countries and keyboard use. Bring a laptop and one form from your own product that you are slightly embarrassed by.
